Royal Caribbean - Allure of the Seas

MJM’s work on board Oasis of the Seas led to a similar contract with its sister ship, Allure of the Seas. During dry-dock in Cadiz, Spain, MJM took just less than two weeks in May 2015 to fit-out 28 areas across 16 ship decks.

Hundreds of MJM employees were present during the massive operation, with 67 shipping containers needed to carry materials, components and tools to the ship. This was a huge logistical undertaking and it is testament to MJM’s processes and management principles that the contract was completed ahead of schedule.
