Starting out as an apprentice joiner, Gary Annett has worked his way up through the ranks of MJM Marine. He was appointed CEO in 2016 overseeing MJM’s global operations. Under Gary’s leadership, MJM Marine has come through the biggest challenges of the global pandemic to secure continued growth with a strong pipeline of contracts and is pushing to open new markets and drive future successes for the company.
Damien has 30 years' experience in project management of outfitting projects in the commercial and hospitality sectors globally, using his strong interpersonal skills to develop long standing client relationships. In his role as Contracts Director, Damien is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of MJM Marine projects.
Colm is responsible for MJM Contracts, Design and Technical departments. He has been with the company since 1988 and has experience across all sectors of the business. Colm has successfully delivered multiple projects, in both land and marine, giving focus on delivering practical solutions to design challenges and making informed decisions to solve problems, ensuring that projects continue to move forward in a safe and timely manner.
Elizabeth manages the provision of Human Resource services within the company. Having worked as a private practice and company solicitor, for many years, specialising in Employment law, she decided on a career change to HR Management. Her dual Legal/ HR qualifications are of benefit not only in her HR role, but throughout the company’s operations.
David has over 18 years' experience working in the varying fields of Civil engineering, traditional building and marine outfitting, having managed contracts up to £165m in value. David’s varied experience enables him to utilise the skills learned to successfully deliver and commercially manage projects for MJM globally, whilst delivering world class service to clients.
Fiona is a highly experienced business development and construction professional. She has almost 20 years’ experience in marketing and identifying opportunities within the fit-out sector. Fiona joined MJM Marine in 2021 and is responsible for delivering the company’s ambitious development strategy.
Quintina has over 10 years’ experience across multiple industries and is responsible for the development and implementation of Health & Safety in line with company strategy and legislative requirements. Quintina is a qualified external lead auditor to ISO 9001:2015 leading MJM in maintaining its Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems certification.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant, he was appointed Finance Director of MJM Marine in 2016. He has overall responsibility for the financial functions of the company. As a member of the Executive Team, Chris utilises his experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting to aid strategic decision making.
