GARY ANNETT

CEO

Starting out as an apprentice joiner, Gary Annett has worked his way up through the ranks of MJM Marine. He was appointed CEO in 2016 overseeing MJM’s global operations. Under Gary’s leadership, MJM Marine has come through the biggest challenges of the global pandemic to secure continued growth with a strong pipeline of contracts and is pushing to open new markets and drive future successes for the company.

DAMIEN MORGAN

Contracts Director

Damien has 30 years' experience in project management of outfitting projects in the commercial and hospitality sectors globally, using his strong interpersonal skills to develop long standing client relationships. In his role as Contracts Director, Damien is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of MJM Marine projects.

COLM CUNNINGHAM

Contracts Director

Colm is responsible for MJM Contracts and Technical departments. He has been with the company since 1988 and has experience across all sectors of the business. Colm has successfully delivered multiple projects, in both land and marine, giving focus on delivering practical solutions to design challenges and making informed decisions to solve problems, ensuring that projects continue to move forward in a safe and timely manner.

ELIZABETH O'CONNOR

Director of People and Governance

Elizabeth manages the provision of Human Resource services within the company. Having worked as a private practice and company solicitor, for many years, specialising in Employment law, she decided on a career change to HR Management. Her dual Legal/ HR qualifications are of benefit not only in her HR role, but throughout the company’s operations.

ALAN O'REILLY

Operations Director

Alan started his career as a joiner followed by a degree in Furniture design and Manufacture. Alan joined MJM Marine in 2015 as an Assistant Contracts Manager. Coupled with being part of MJM’s Executive team, Alan is responsible for some key departments such as Design, Production, Stores, and logistics.  

FIONA NEVIN

Head of Global Business Development

Fiona is a highly experienced business development and construction professional. She has almost 20 years’ experience in marketing and identifying opportunities within the fit-out sector. Fiona joined MJM Marine in 2021 and is responsible for delivering the company’s ambitious development strategy.

QUINTINA LITTLE

SHEQ Manager

Quintina has over 10 years’ experience across multiple industries and is responsible for the development and implementation of Health & Safety in line with company strategy and legislative requirements. Quintina is a qualified external lead auditor to ISO 9001:2015 leading MJM in maintaining its Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems certification.

CHRIS RODGERS

Finance Director

Chris is a Chartered Accountant, he was appointed Finance Director of MJM Marine in 2016. He has overall responsibility for the financial functions of the company. As a member of the Executive Team, Chris utilises his experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting to aid strategic decision making.

MARK JACKSON

Pre-Construction Director

Mark is a chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FIoL). He has over 25 years’ experience gained through senior commercial roles with Tier 1 main contractors and is a Quantity Surveyor by background. Mark leads the marketing & communications function, business development department, and the pre-construction and estimating teams. He is a member of the Executive Team and is responsible for delivering the company’s growth plans with both existing and new customers.
