PRIDE MONTH AT MJM MARINE

Throughout June, MJM celebrated Pride Month. It's a powerful reminder that diversity is a strength that propels us forward, allowing us to embrace different perspectives and harness the collective power of our unique talents. We wanted to recognise and honour the LGBTQ+ community, as well as the remarkable diversity within our organisation that makes us truly special.

We had cake for all celebrating diversity and encouraged everyone to Dress Bright and Proud, bringing an explosion of colour and positivity to our workplace, reflecting the vibrant mosaic of identities that we embody. In line with our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, this month we will be launching our MJM Pride Lanyards. These lanyards symbolise solidarity and support for the LGBTQ+ community, and employees will have the option to wear them.

This is the beginning of a group wide Equality, Diversity and Inclusion journey for the Rathbane Group (MJM, Mivan Ltd, Topglass), celebrating diversity, embracing inclusivity, and making our organisation a place where EVERYONE feels welcome and valued.
