MJM Marine's Team Building Day 2024

MJM Marine had an amazing Team Building Day on Friday 30th August in Skypark Adventure Centre, Carlingford.

Our team had the opportunity to strengthen our collaboration and communication with one another through challenging and fun activities. This provided our team with the chance to partake in tasks and activities that go beyond their daily responsibilities. Some of these activities included that tested the skills of our employees included:

⚽Footgolf & Frisbee Disk Golf

🗺️Crystal Maze

🎯Archery

⛳Mini Golf & Croquet

🧗Rock Climbing & High Ropes

As the weather was glorious other members of our team took the opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine surrounded by the glorious Cooley Peninsula. After all the action-packed activities we ended the day with a delicious lunch provided by Art Bar Funkel, that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

However, it wasn’t only our Newry Office that got the enjoy all the fun of our Team Building Day! Our Polish Office based in Gdansk also came together for an action-packed day of fun, games and competitiveness. This was the perfect way for our entire team to come together to unwind and make meaningful memories together.

MJM Marine are extremely grateful to our entire team that work tirelessly to produce a high-quality service for each of our clients. Their hard work and dedication to MJM Marine doesn’t go unnoticed and we are glad that we had to opportunity to develop our relationship as an entire team further during our Team Building Day.
