MJM Marine Celebrates Success at Seatrade Cruise Europe 2024 in Málaga

MJM Marine cruised on a wave of excitement during the Seatrade Cruise Europe event in Málaga this September. The highlight of the event was being a finalist for the prestigious Investment in People Award at the Seatrade Cruise Awards 2024. Our Head of Global Business Development, Fiona Nevin, was thrilled to represent MJM Marine at the event and receive recognition for our commitment to its people.

Our submission showcased the Navigate Programme, launched in 2019, which supports apprentices, students, and graduates through tailored training and mentorship, providing them with the opportunity to develop both their professional and personal skills within the industry.

To date, the Navigate Programme has empowered nearly 100 participants to develop skills across a wide range of areas, including Design, Project Management, Human Resources, Quantity Surveying, Business Development, Joinery, Marketing, and more.

The Navigate Programme has become the heart of MJM Marine's dedication to Investing in People, with many of our participants advancing their careers further within MJM Marine, and so, as a result of the increased growth of our workforce through the Navigate Programme, MJM Marine has deepened its reputation as an industry leader in talent development.
