Manufacturing NI Hall of Fame for Brian McConville

Congratulations to our founder and Chairman, Brian McConville CBE, on his induction into the Manufacturing NI Hall of Fame — a fitting tribute to his vision, leadership, and lasting contribution to manufacturing in Northern Ireland.

Since founding MJM Marine in 1983, Brian has led the company from a local joinery business to a global marine outfitting specialist, proudly delivering world-class craftsmanship from our base in Northern Ireland.

MJM Marine, now part of the wider Rathbane Group, continues to be a family-led business, grounded in strong family values and a deep commitment to people, integrity, and long-term growth.

We want to congratulate Brian on this honour, and thank you for the incredible impact he continues to make on manufacturing in Northern Ireland.
