MJM’s Contract Management team acts as the first point of contact for many ongoing projects, and with a vast wealth of experience throughout the company in the areas of specialist joinery, shop fitting, interior fit-out and marine ship fitting, any client can be confident in MJM’s ability to deliver.

MJM’s Contract Management team is able to create, review, and implement complex designs, delivering high value client projects to agreed deadlines and within budgets. This is achieved by ensuring all fine details and quality standards are met accurately and in line with MJM’s internal policies, through effective liaising with all required parties.

As one of MJM’s main client-facing teams, Contract Managers are approachable, friendly and professional, and on-hand for enquiries regarding any aspect of a project’s life-cycle, from concept and tender, right through to commissioning, delivery and final handover.

A designated contracts representative is present on-site at every fit-out, to co-ordinate all aspects of delivery. This includes administrative and organisational tasks, and the management of supply chain partners and third party sub-contractors. They can also provide a full financial risk analysis and work around unforeseen complications, such as adverse weather or other delays.
